Eligibility for Returns:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@royaldenta.com

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened toothpaste tubes or toothbrushes cannot be returned. Personalized or perishable items are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning items, except when items cannot be returned via standard shipping due to their nature.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds, including standard shipping costs, will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to return the item. Additional costs from choosing an alternative delivery method are not refundable.

Exchanges:
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item.
